Cindy Johnson

Cindy Johnson, 62, of Cassopolis, MI took her final breaths in the comfort of her home on Saturday, March 15, 2025, with her husband by her side. She was born in Paw Paw, MI on May 12, 1962, to the late Charles and Marsha Cambron, and later married her best friend, Chuck, on Sept. 17, 1988. 

Chuck survives along with his daughter, Valerie Robertson of Buchannon, MI, a sister, Nancy Cambron of South Bend, a niece Reagan Miller, and 3 grandchildren, Alyssa Johnson, Alexis and Alex Robertson, and 3 great-grandchildren.

Cindy cherished every moment spent with Chuck. From the day they met, they were not just partners but best friends, completely inseparable. Together, they built a life filled with hard work, love, and shared appreciation for family. Whenever the opportunity arose, they embraced new adventures, whether big or small. A favorite getaway was always traveling to Frankfort, MI, where they would fish, explore through Geocaching, and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors. At home, they found joy in the simple things—playing video games together, tending to their property, and simply being in each other's company. Their love and unwavering companionship were the foundation of their lives, creating countless cherished memories along the way.

According to Cindy’s wishes, cremation has taken place with no services planned at this time. To honor Cindy’s life, the family would encourage you to make a memorial contribution to the COPD Foundation.
