Melody Beth Grabarek

Melody Beth Grabarek, 69, of Mishawaka passed away Friday, January 3, 2025 with her husband and best friend by her side. She was born in Mishawaka on March 17, 1955, to the late Jack and Martha (Strieble) King, and later met and married Frank Grabarek while they worked together.

He survives along with their children, Julie (Kris) Johnson of Mishawaka and Andrew (Amber) Grabarek of St. Joseph, MI. Four grandchildren, Elaina and Evelyn Johnson, Gavin and Aubrey Grabarek, along with Melody’s sister, Ann Harman also survives. 

Melody was a proud member of the VFW Post 360 Auxiliary and a dedicated volunteer at the Anne Cole Training Center, where she made a meaningful impact. She loved traveling and the outdoors, enjoying fishing, snowmobiling, and new adventures with her beloved Frank. Known for her warm and friendly nature, she never met a stranger and deeply cherished her family, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
