Patricia J. Cukrowicz, 75, of Mishawaka, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017, in St Joseph Regional Medical Center.
Pat was born March 23, 1942 in Mishawaka, a daughter of the late Eugene and Helen (Honold) Doll. She was a 1961 graduate of Mishawaka High School.
On August 29, 1964 in St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka, Pat married Richard “JoJo” Cukrowicz. The couple made Mishawaka their home.
Pat was a homemaker. She was a talented seamstress and did work for friends and family. She also did cross-stitch. Pat was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Mishawaka Alumni Association. She was an avid Mishawaka High School Football fan and enjoyed camping.
Pat’s surviving family includes her husband of over 52 years, JoJo; two sisters, Cleo (Gene) Ross of Granger and Jean Caddy of South Bend; a brother, Carroll (Robin) Doll of Mishawaka; three nephews and one niece, Michael (Kimberly) Ross, Joseph Ross, Kimberly (Matthew) Sharp and Christopher (Carrie) Blondeel; and several great nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 26 at 10 am in St. Joseph Catholic Church, 225 S. Mill Street, Mishawaka, with Rev. Christopher Lapp officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 25 from 4-8 pm in Goethals & Wells Funeral Home, 503 W. 3rd Street, Mishawaka, where the Rosary will be prayed at 5:30 pm.
Memorials are suggested to Mishawaka High School Scholarship Fund or Ovarian Cancer Research Fund Alliance. Assistance with memorials is available at the funeral home.
