Basic Funeral Service Plan

One afternoon of visitation where family and friends gather to pay their respects and share memories with the family of the deceased leading up to the funeral service. Funeral services may be held at Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home or another location of the family's choice. 

This package includes:

• Basic services of the funeral director and staff
• Embalming
• Other preparation of the deceased, (cosmetic, dressing, minor restorative work)
• Viewing/visitation up to 2 hours prior to the funeral service (at the Funeral Home or another location)
• Choice of Matthews Bradford steel casket (20-gauge steel, non-gasketed)
• Funeral ceremony (at the Funeral Home or another location)
• Graveside service
• Transfer of remains to the funeral home
• Hearse
• Service Vehicle
• Placement of the obituary and video tribute on Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home's website
• Shared Memories Memorial Package (basic register book, 100 memorial folders, 12 laminated obituaries and 12 thank you cards)
• Digital Video Tribute (Includes a tribute video, plus a thumb drive of photos and video. Live stream of the service on website if needed)
• Hairdresser (includes, washing, styling, haircut and shave if needed)

This basic package offering includes your choice of the 20-gauge steel Bradford casket in Coppertone, Monarch Blue, or Silver. These caskets are manufactured by Matthews Casket Company. 

If purchased separately, this package would cost $7465.00

Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home offers a packaged discount of $470.00

*Additional expenses may include outer burial container, cash advanced items (newspaper notices, death certificates, cemetery expenses, floral arrangements, minister's honorariums etc...)

**This is a one-day package, and no substitutions are allowed. 

Silver Funeral Service Plan

A full evening of visitation where family and friends gather to pay their respects and share memories with the family of the deceased the evening prior to the funeral service. Funeral services may be held at Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home or another location of the family's choice. 

This package includes

• Basic services of the funeral director and staff
• Embalming
• Other preparation of the deceased, (cosmetic, dressing, minor restorative work)
• 3 hours of visitation the evening prior to the service (at the Funeral Home or another location)
• Choice of Matthew Jessup Casket (20-gauge steel, gasketed)
• Funeral ceremony (at the Funeral Home or another location)
• Graveside service
• Transfer of remains to the funeral home
• Hearse
• Lead/Service Vehicle
• Placement of the obituary and video tribute on Wells and Cruz Family Funeral Home's website
• Shared Memories Memorial Package (basic register book, 100 memorial folders, 12 laminated obituaries and 12 thank you cards)

Gold Funeral Service Plan

• Choice of Matthews Arden, Brighton, Wilton or Carey 18-gauge steel casket which will accept art decals on the casket corners, or Endicott Poplar veneer casket
• Shared Memories Memorial Package (basic register book, 100 memorial folders, 12 laminated obituaries and 12 thank you cards)
• Digital Video Tribute (Includes a tribute video, plus a thumb drive of photos and video. Live stream of the service on website if needed)
• Hairdresser (includes, washing, styling, haircut and shave if needed)

Platinum Funeral Service Plan

Visitation

This time is set aside for family and friends to gather together to say goodbye, while being in the comfort of those closest to them. We can personalize the visitation to be as unique as your loved one with a tribute video, items or displays that were important to your loved one, or simply pictures displayed. We will work with your family to design the perfect gathering experience.

Funeral Service

The funeral service can be held in our chapel, a church, or any other venue the family chooses. We work with our families to design a service that honors their loved one with stories, music, or scripture. We also have life celebrants that lead services where clergy may not be chosen. Our celebrants are trained in creating experiences that help start the healing process.

Graveside Service

A graveside or committal service is typically held immediately following the funeral service but it can also be a small intimate gathering of those closest to you.
